In this current post I will try to explained how to mod airsoft KJW KP07 for maximum or extreme performance.

First, the following is basic spec of KP07:

Type: 6mm BB Airsoft Pistols.
Manufacturer: KJWORKS.
Model: KP-07 (1911 MEU Replica)
Materials: Metal slide & frame, Rubber Tactical Handgrip.
Barrel: Metal non-rifled (smooth bore).
Propulsion: 12 gram CO2 or Green Gas (Separated Magazine).
Action: Blowback, Single action only.
Ammunition Type: 6mm plastic or steel Airsoft BB’s.
Ammunition Capacity: 30 rounds.
FPS: 366+ fps(with CO2 Mag and plastic BB).

First we need replace original nozzle with steel nozzle, steel rocket valve, harder spring rocket valve, harder spring nozzle (spring nozzle about 400-500% harder from original).

then we need to mod piston as explained in the following pic.
why we need to add plastic oring at the front, because on extreme pressure the original oring will jammed when slide move to front on blowback action.

Next, I use triple blowback spring as show in the pic
Spring #1 and Spring #2 for best/maximum recoil effect on blowback,
while Spring #3(harder) inside of Spring #2 to prevent slide crash on very hard kick blowback.
Spring #1 taken from original Blowback spring of UMAREX PX4 Storm, because my PX4 already replaced with harder spring.
Spring #2 original spring of KP07

we also need harder hammer spring (I use about 200 -250% harder, can not tell exactly because it hand made, just feel from its effect)

and the last and the most important, we need to create larger hole/port of output valve in the magazine. for that configuration the diameter of port at least 3.5-4mm (CO2 magazine, will not work with green gas mag).

Highly recommended for magazines converted to HPA, like this one

How about the result of performance? I guess the first pic already explained, but next time I will update with the video 😀
