Throtle (Throtle Position Sensor/TPS), saat idle / tertutup penuh value standardnya ada 9.8 – 10.2, dibawah 9.8 setingan akan cendrung LEAN (kalo lainnya standard) tapi aceptable sampai 8.6 , untuk melakukan penyetelan TPS, kendorkan baut HEX 2 buah pada TPS di manifold lalu gerakkan kiri kanan sampai ketemu value yang ideal sambil liat di aplikasi (gampangkan?? tidak seribet setting pake voltmeter ).
-. IAT (Intake Temperature), dari forum2 luar valuenya ada di range 10-20 Celcius diatas ambient temperature.
-. Volt(CM) ini baca voltase ECU, standardnya ada di range 14-15 volt saat mesin sudah idle/panas ideal, walaupun kadang pas starter pertama kondisi dingin bisa diatas 15 (sekitar 15.1) normal asalkan nggak nyampe 17, kalo diatas 16 biasanya lampu indikator aki juga nyala (over charged)
kalo dibawah 13 saat mesin nyala, artinya nggak nge-cash (masalah alternator)

Intake Pressure ini saat idle value idealnya sekitar angka 5-6psi, saat kunci kontak ON tapi mesin nggak dinyalakan valuenya sekitar 13-14psi atau 1 bar (sama dengan tekanan udara sekitar) bila lebih dari 6 psi saat idle artinya ada kebocoran vakum pada intake manifold, bisa jadi dari selang atau gasket dll.
Lalu dari manakah angka 5-6psi ini didapat, sebenarnya angka ini didapat dari hasil perhitungan sendiri didalam aplikasi yang di tanam di board microcontroller yang saya buat. Sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang saya dapat, MAP sensor honda ori/stock adalah perangkat dengan 1.8bar (180kpa), artinya sensor ini hanya mampu membaca value max di 1.8bar (inilah mengapa diluar orang2 yang pasang turbo ganti MAPnya dengan aftermarket 3bar atau lebih), lalu range 0-1.8 bar ini saya compare dengan min dan max output byte data dari ECU, singkatnya perhitungannya menghasilkan setiap kenaikan 1 byte data ouput ECU menunjukkan kenaikan 0.7kpa (1bar=14.5psi=100kpa)
-. Timing Advance, di dalam OBD2 Timing advance di hitung berdasar derajat pengapian, rumusnya:
timing advance (°BTDC) ((A/2)-64 = °BTDC
valuenya saat idle dalam range 25 s.d -25 (biasa kalo masih dingin baru start ada di +, kalo sudah panas ideal di – ), value minus di TA ini menunjukkan pengapian yang cendrung maju (semakin irit/optimal). Saat range valuenya tidak sesuai dgn nilai diatas atau malah -64 (minus 64 artinya tdk ada data), tapi mesin tidak bergetar/normal, namun brepet setelah rpm 3000, maka biasanya yang mulai rusak adalah sensor CKP, dan seringnya sensor CKP yang rusak ini sering menipu ECU untuk berfikir bahwa error yg lain, bisa mungkin yang keluar adalah error P0106 artinya map sensor range yang tidak tepat (atau terjadi kebocoran vakum, karena berdasarkan perhitungan ECU antara load kendaraan dan timing pengapian tidak sesuai)
-. coolant ini suhu pendingin radiator, idealnya pada suhu 95-98 kipas akan nyala dan mati lagi sekitar suhu 92
-. akan ada sedikit perbedaan, indikator dashboar manual dengan data ECU untuk kecepatan dan RPM, RPM biasanya sedikit diatas jarum manual di dashboard, sementara kecepatan biasanya dibawah indikator dashboard (tapi ini anehnya kalo kita compare kecepatan dari data ECU dengan kecepatan GPS akan cendrung sama, berarti itu jarum speedometer kita yg nggak bener kan yah 😀 )
